From Plymouth and A38
Take Chudleigh exit . . . enter town to take the 2nd right down into Lawn Drive.Turn right over the small bridge and up the hill to Biddlecombe Cross turning right to go down the hill and past Ugbrooke House (on the right), then pass under two bridges.
Turn right at T-junction. Join the A380 southbound for 0.5 mile. Exit where signed for Olchard.
From Exeter and A380
southbound. . . approx 1 mile past the Ideford Ugbrooke House exit, leave the A380 signed Olchard (only). The stone walled entrance to Sedgewell Coach House will be in front of you, as you make the turn.
From Newton Abbot
Take the A380 and the 4th exit sign posted Ideford, Chudleigh, Luton and Ugbrooke House. Turn right, pass under two bridges. Turn right at T-junction to rejoin the A380 southbound. Turn left for Olchard.
Two tall pine trees mark the drive entrance.
